White Devil Egg

Tied with a white brass bead and painted yellow eyes, the White Devil Egg has a clean, bright profile with a good balance of weight and attraction. The brass bead helps get the fly down, while the contrasting yellow eyes add a little extra definition.

A useful pattern for indicator fishing when you want to get an egg pattern down to the feeding depth, and it can also be fished effectively on its own. The white body gives a strong, clean appearance in the water, making it a useful alternative to the more traditional bright egg colours.
