The Black Apps is a deadly stillwater pattern, tied with black Flexi Floss and finished with a UV rib for extra attraction. Best fished on or close to the bottom when trout are feeding deep, it works perfectly on a slow figure-of-eight retrieve, pulled, or under a bung.
