Grizzly Damsel

A proven damsel pattern with a striking, natural appearance, the Grizzly Damsel combines a grizzly body with an olive tail to create an effective representation of a damsel nymph. The yellow brass bead adds weight to help the fly reach the feeding zone quickly, while also providing an attractive flash point that can trigger the attention of feeding trout.

The contrasting grizzly and olive tones give this fly a lifelike profile and make it a versatile choice when damsel nymphs are present. A great pattern to have in the box for stillwater fishing, particularly when trout are feeding close to the weed beds and margins.

This fly is part of the RJW Essential Range — quality flies, tied on quality materials, held in stock and available for immediate delivery.
