Glowing Sockeye Egg

Glowing Sockeye Egg

A bright and eye-catching egg pattern tied using Celtic Blob Company Glowing SC4 Eggstacy in the distinctive Sockeye colourway. The combination of strong colour and glowing fibres gives this fly plenty of presence in the water, while the soft Eggstacy material provides a full profile and natural movement.

The glowing element is particularly useful when fishing deeper or in lower-light conditions, helping the fly remain visible as it moves through the water. The Sockeye colourway offers a strong contrast and gives the pattern plenty of attraction when trout are responding to brighter flies.

A very good indicator fly, the Glowing Sockeye Egg can be suspended at a chosen depth and presented naturally, making it a useful option when trout are feeding deeper in the water column. It can also be fished on its own when searching different depths and areas of the water.

A bright, versatile egg pattern that combines colour, glow and movement, making it a useful fly to have ready when trout are showing a preference for something with plenty of visibility.

This fly is part of the RJWFlies Essential Range — high-quality flies tied on premium-quality hooks using quality materials. Held in stock and ready for immediate delivery.
