Cheddar Cheese Squirmy

The Cheddar Cheese Squirmy is a great indicator pattern, combining the movement of a squirmy worm with a strong cheddar cheese colour. The soft, flexible body gives plenty of natural movement in the water, even when the fly is suspended beneath an indicator.

Fish it under an indicator at the depth you need, adjusting the depth as conditions change and fish move through the water column. The bright cheese colour gives the fly good visibility and makes it a useful option when a more natural or muted worm colour isn’t producing.

Please note: squirmy worm material can be brittle, so we recommend purchasing these flies in multiples. This means you have spare flies to hand if the material becomes damaged during fishing.

This fly is part of the RJWFlies Essential Range — high-quality flies tied on premium-quality hooks using quality materials. Held in stock and ready for immediate delivery.
